  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

5. Return Process

  1. Log in to your 9jaOja account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order and click Request Return
  4. Provide a clear reason and upload supporting images if required
  5. Wait for approval before returning the item

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead.


8. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to seller or platform error, return shipping costs may be covered.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

9. Seller-Specific Policies

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
