5. Return Process

- Go to My Orders
- Select the order and click Request Return
- Provide a clear reason and upload supporting images if required
- Wait for approval before returning the item
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead.
8. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to seller or platform error, return shipping costs may be covered.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
